Thursday, last day, cancelled, its raining with high winds. Need 4
days for a National contest. We only got 3 days, so, no 2009 15 Meter
National contest. Airport is almost empty at 9:45 am. est.

Thanks for your reports; it's great to be able to follow what must
have been a frustrating contest. I'm sure the soaring weather will be
perfect for the weekend!

Send the state of Florida a bill for the rain-making services.
We once hosted a regional no contest here in the high desert and got
four days of 600ft cloudbases and 2-3 inches of rain per day and
standing water everywhere.

I was at a conference in Orlando from Sunday through Wednesday.
I've rarely seen that much rain come down continuously... and I've
spent a fair amount of time in India during monsoon season!

We are about to have our seventh duff weekend in a row in north
central Colorado.
