This Russian bomber supposably was built in 1933 ? If you know anything

Over the course of a week, he have been posting that same very message
on three other groups, at three different moment, and he was told
everytime that the plane exists but that this image is a CGI concept
image, and never seem to have return to any of the groups to read
replies. So if the purpose is not phishing, I don't know what it is, but
this guy is certainly not interested in aviation.
