I just noted that the times in the igc file from my Volkslogger are several
hours differant from the actual times. Is there someplace to set the UTC
offset that I haven't found? I am looking at the file with SeeYou. I
don't see this issue when looking at the igc file generated by my pda,
which leads me to believe this is a Volkslogger issue.

IGC file are and should be written in UTC. It's the viewing software
(eg. SeeYou) which should correct UTC to local time for presentation
purposes. Look for it in "Flight properties".

Got it. Thanks. I was changing the time in the wrong place.
