Jay, Just when is the contest and location? It is a mystery to me and
apparently the SSA as well. No listing on the SSA calendar could be

Take off the 0 and replace with +44 on Jay's number and it'll work
fine.

Looks like the 2009 U.S. Standard Class Nationals were held in June of
2009 at Montague, California.
