Oil Independence Day 2006 by
Linda Jo

grumblers."
When pumping our high priced gas, we grumble words of resentment, while
feeling powerless. We need gas, so we pay the price. Standing as a
individual we are powerless, but together our voices would be heard.

Loss rates for A-7s in the fleet by
Gordon
I had an interesting conversation with a pair of SLUF pilots today - an
AF type and a Navy guy. I chimed in with my 2 cents, that my

LSM(R)-195 pictures wanted by
Dave Boland
I'm looking for pictures of the original LSM(R)-195 that was
sunk on May 3, 1945 near Radar Station #10. The pictures on
the web that I have found show it at launch, not with full
trim. Thank you for any help.

Defense against UAV's by

An Iranian UAV was able to circle a U.S. aircraft carrier undetected
for 25 minutes.
With U.S. forces making increasing use of UAV's, the inevitable
