What's your avorite airliner? by
james_anatidae
In an effort to get some on-topic messages in RTA, I ask "What is your
favorite airliner"? I remember a UA A320 I flew on a couple years ago to be
quite pleasant.
(And I ask if any of the many local trolls answer this message, you others
please don't encourage them.)

I'll be flying to Oshkosh from the Washington, DC area this year. Two
years ago, I made a fuel stop at an airport that had a special deal
during the AirVenture event. I think the airport was just south of
Chicago. Does anyone know of a cheap place to refuel on the way...

scanning issue by
Mark Tomlinson
Was just wondering if anyone could provide insight as to why when I
scan the posted Seattle Center ATC approach and departure frequencies
on any of my mobile or base scanners I can only pick up transmissions
from the aircraft and not ATC?
Thanks!

within 15-20 years it's totally feasible for "high-end users" to
travel in 4-6 seat or even more seats space shuttle in a similar
launch method of SpaceShipOne...

Learning To Fly? by
John
Hi All,
Firstly apologise if this is not the correct group to post to (My first time

I'm thinking about taking up flying and have found a few schools in the US
that seem quite resonable (for price and facilities). They offer several
courses - i've narrowed it down to two: 'PPL Private Pilot...
