I'm currently looking at a couple of A/C kits as a Project for next year

BLAIR was a VISIONARY by
Charles Douglas Wehner
No - not Tony Blair.
I am talking about Eric Arthur Blair, who wrote under the name of
George Orwell.
He was a "Redcap" - a military policeman - in India. He was apalled at
the maltreatment of the Indian people. Clearly, he had noticed that
there were "Brothers" amongst the British "authorities"...

Landings in phase 1 of flight test by
Stanley
I am having some trouble finding the rules.
I have a friend that is ready for the DAR. When discussing the flight
test area, my friend was trying to include some local airports if
possible. The DAR responded that he would not be able to land there in
phase 1.
While I have seen that this type of...

Expanding a bronze bushing? by
Michael Horowitz
I have a small bronze bushing whose OD I'd like to expand slightly so
it fits the ID of a tube.
I seem to recall there was a way to expand the OD slightly with
something like a knurling tool.
Does that sound familiar?
Is there an easy way to do this? - Mike

Searching for english aeronautical records by

NACA reports have all been pdf'd and the pdf documents are already
online and can be downloaded. the yanks win hands down...

Ban the CNE Airshow by
Mad as a Box of Frogs
This rediculous low budget annual CNE airshow is a waste of time and
resources, dangerous to the public's well-being and should be banned
for the rest of time.

Terra TR250D transponder by
Stu Fields
Anyone with experience with these transponders? I am looking for a
transponder that I can remotely change the code and remotely trigger the
Ident function. The helicopter I fly doesn't like me to stop caressing the
controls for periods longer than a few seconds.
