bryan chaisone
I'm looking for the two gentlemen that came down to Virginia to help
Gil put together the doors for his Mini500. I was there helping also
and I would like copies of the pictures that we took together at the
end of the day. I don't remember the names of these two gentlemen,
but I do remember that...

16 hours of dual logged in a gyro, and by next spring I plan to have a two
place gyro of my own.)

[email protected]

tail rotor is turning 2500 rpm how many pounds of static thrust at a
particular pitch angle would be produced???? And is that for a flat
rotor blade meaning no helical twist. Any senario close to the above

PPL(H) Hours 8.4 to 12.1 by
Simon Robbins
Well I didn't write anything last week because I had a really bad second
day's flying. Having done really well the day before side-slipping round a
hover square I think I went in to it with too much confidence. Early in the
second hour I came down a little too hard on concrete and instantly got...

Eric D

rotor speed, what happens to coning forces as compared to cruse?
I have noticed that during a decent in a R22 that you can get a
"Wop-Wop" noise from the main rotor blades. Changing cyclic or
increasing rotor speed a very small...

Along the coast at Pt Loma there are the remains of a number of old
coastal gun emplacements. I lived in Azure Vista (ever heard of it?
Between Ocean Beach and Pt Loma) during and right after the war. We
used to visit them and get the little boxes of cereal; from the troops.
When the bunkers...
