ASW-28 right wing for offer? by [email protected]
My club has an ASW-28 wreck to get rid of. The fuselage, left wing, and horizontal stab are probably not worth repair but the right wing is in good shape. If anyone needs a right wing, let me know, otherwise it will likely be scrapped. Or if you are interested in the whole wreck, contact me.

ASW15 vs ASW19 by Senna Van den Bosch
Hey everyone I would like to have some opinions on buying a first glider between these two. There are a couple of both for sale that I've seen and my budget would be 10-20k euros. Would you say the performance difference justifies the price difference? How would they compare at higher speeds and...

ASW19 Inner Tube by [email protected]
I'm looking to buy a spare inner tube for my 19 but I don't have the tube handy to take measurements. I know it's a 500 x 5 with a 90 degree bend in the valve stem but I don't know if I need a long valve stem or a short valve stem. Any assistance is appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Asw19 rudder bolt (evil) by [email protected]
Does anybody know an easy trick to install the bottom bolt in the rudder of an ASW19? How do you get that blasted bolt in there so you can drop it down into the bottom hinge?

ASW19 Tail Dolly by Jay Allardyce
Hello All, I recently purchased an ASW19 and unfortunately it did not include a tail dolly. Therefore, I was wondering if anyone knows if an ASW20 tail dolly would fit on an ASW19. I've heard rumblings that their fuselages are very similar (if not the same). Has anyone had any experience with...

ASW19/20 Canopy strut by [email protected]
My strut is finally flat. Time to change it. Would like to buy the parts now, have them on hand and avoid being down for an extended period of time. Who knows the dimensions/newton/etc? McMaster part numbers? Or someplace else you'd recommend buying from. Thanks!

ASW19b best descent rate on approach (full airbrakes) by Robert Sharpe
Hi, I have just received our ASW19's flight manual which says to make the approach as follows: "The approach should normally be made at about 46 knotes. For turbulant air a corresponding faster speed must be flown." I have been told:- a) that the unmodified air-brakes have a limited affective...

ASW20 and Discus in Club Class next year. by Nick Olson
Well IGC are letting in the ASW20 and Discus into Club Class next year, (and increasing the handicap on the Std. Cirrus at long last!). Which one should I buy - which is likely to be more competetive? or is there an alternative? I would like higher performance for non-competetive distance flying.

ASW20 or LS6 by binks
I am looking to purchase my first glider. I have been looking at the ASW20 and the LS6. Any suggestions on which glider would be the best all around? I have heard that the LS6 has a narrow cockpit. I am 6'2" 200 lbs. and would be wearing a parachute. Also heard that the ASW20 can be a little...
