Blue Angel Practice session Solo #6 low angle takeoff by

Today was a low show pratice. The sky was cloudy, sunny, bright, dull,
gray, blue, etc. It was constantly changing.
About ten minutes after the practice ended all of the clouds moved north and
the sky became bright blue.

When they land from the west and stop at the eastern end of the runway there
is a ceremony in which kids (spectators) are allowed to stand on a frontage
road and wave to the pilots. The pilots often wave back.
I wonder if I had shot this at f11 or higher would the depth of field
changed to...

Blue Angel Sneak Pass by
Tom Callahan
Friday morning, 17 August. The Blue Angels practiced with two two-seater
aircraft in the mix. The aircraft in the #2 position and the Lead Solo,
aircraft #5, were the two seaters. Here we see the Lead Solo doing the
Sneak Pass. There just wasn't a lot of humidity and very little vapor...

I'm learning Photoshop. This is cropped and I took out some birds and
large dragonflies that were between me and the condensation cloud. So, what
looked like dirt with small wings might be gone.
