? about LS 6C by S Schwartz
Does anyone know what years the LS6C was produced? Is the C the only LS6 with automatic hook ups or did the B have them also? Any info on flying experience in the B or C pros & cons.

?s Towing Cross Country by Chris Kinnaman
Hello all, I'm getting ready to tow a glider from central Illinois to the southwest. Does anyone have any suggestions for motels that allow easy access & parking for a tow vehicle w/glider trailer in the Springfield MO area or thereabouts? Thanks in advance, Chris

A "god" of Soaring by rlovinggood
For SSA members, we can now see one of the "gods" of soaring that we worship. http://ssa.org/sport/PhotoGalleryDetail.asp?category=contest&id=352&PhotoId=4636 I don't know if non-SSA members can access this photo. But it is definitely one worth committing to memory and calling upon during times...

A Bad Day at Salida by Dan Marotta
No, no damage or injuries, just a high wind day where only 3 gliders braved the sky. Here's a view of the ramp (that's my LAK parked next to the ASH-30mi) looking northwest: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5cz2o1fvf9wgrb7/2014-06-17%2016.25.26.jpg And here's the view looking southwest from Salida:...
