Bart

response to a real issue that affects the value of operating a helicopter in
the US.
Maybe you guys don't understand the impact of the proposed rule...

I'd been eyeballing the weather since I woke up at 6 and DUATS said
it'd be relatively clear until the early evening so I hopped on the
bike and headed to work - wanted to squeeze in a couple hours before...

Another Co-Axial Helicopter kit by
Blue
Hi all. Here is another gem I have been following for awhile.
This one is the Ezycopter http://yoshine.com/home.php
I saw the stand in Dubai, they had the swashplate there and a rotor hub.
Looked good. The price for a single seat was around $US35K.
It is a twin engines machine, with an...

So will this 1995 ship have have to be turned into Robinson to be rebuilt in
another 2-3 years? I'd hate to spend that kind of money and only get a few
years...

check out JustHelicopters.com and look at the alternate board - not the
original. One is for serious questions, answers, discussions, and the
other is wild and raucus with rumor, name calling, crazy, funny as hell
sometimes,...

ANR Headsets suitable for heli pilots in training? by
Kill Bill
Hi all,
I am a student pilot, working on my PPL-H right now, and I have 6 hours
in the R-22 so far.
I have considered purchasing a pair of Active Noise Reduction headsets,
Bose or Sennheiser etc (haven't compared them yet). However, the chief
flight instructor at my school says that he doesn't...

Any CFI insurance 300h ? by
Steve L.
Hi,
we have a problem here. For a small R22 school we need a new CFI. The
CFII we want, however, has only 202h in R22 (another 250h in small
planes).
Our Pathfinder endorsement requires 300h helicopter for CFIs to give
instruction!
Does anyone here know of a possibility to let this CFI get his...
