Navy PB-1W (ex-B17-G) BuNo 77234 by

Does anyone have a photo of the weird looking Navy B-17 AEW modification
with the big APS-20 radome mounted over the cockpit? There was only one top
mount - 77234 - and it flew with VW-1 in the fifties. I have the candid
shots of it posted on the VW-1 website but there are several more around,...

Everybody loves Fat Albert.
He did a JATO takeoff on Friday night and again on Saturday. The night
photos just don't look as nice in that is was in pitch black darkness.
However, the daytime images show us the power of the lifting forces. I just

GRAY. I AM BUILDING A MODEL OF ONE AND NEED THE FEDERAL STANDARD PAINT
