Tankers and strike packages (Was: EA-18G vs ES-3) by
[email protected]
Which A/C in the package launch last? The Prowlers! They have the
most
fuel onboard. S-3's, then the E-2's, then Hornets ( the F-18's head
straight for the tanker), then Tomcats and last, Prowlers. Of course
planeguard is already out there, and maybe if in range, the COD will
launch.
That...

JSF Tanker? by
Henry J. Cobb
Can the Navy version of the JSF be configured as a tanker?
Say replace the gun pod with a drogue pod and then load up either the
bomb bay or the wing hardpoints with fuel tanks until you hit 50,000
pounds.
Is this being considered?
How much fuel would this provide?

Question about StrikeFighter Warfare School-Atlantic by
Pechs1
Saw that one of my former JOs in VF-126, "Juice Butler" took over this unit.
But what is it? How related to the Strike school in Fallon? Is it a bonus
command or a twilight tour??

QF-14 by
bob urz
Why did not the US turn the F14 into QF14 drones rather than just cut
them up? How many F14's are left in the bone yard?
I see there are plans for QF-16's when the F4 supply runs low.

Pat Carpenter
Can anyone tell me if the ejection seats fitted to the various version

liking for Martin Baker units and the Air Force tend to use ACES II
units (I don't know if the Marines have a perference but the RAF do).
Thanks for any...
