Hello there. Why does FS2002 give AA the call sign "Merican", and why does the paintwork and tailplane design only cvlosely resemble rather than replicate the AA paint scheme? Copyright problems?

Could someone tell me how to push back from the terminal in FS2002 prof please? I can thrust forward and turn hard, but unless I disable "reset after crash" when I hit the terminal building the sim stops and, yes, resets itself. I have tried reverse thrust too, but that doesn't seem towork....

In FS2002, when flying IFR with ATC, on approach I am given vectors to a particular runway at any given airport. Is there any way of requesting a different runway?
