The MATS Constellation by

When I was a child I had an opportunity to ride from Dallas to D.C. in a
Connie.
That was nearly 50 years and I still remember it like it was yesterday.
I would love to see one "up close" again!
Well, here are a couple of shots of it I took...

Looking for two old EAA videos by
DTrube
Hello. I am looking for a decent copy of an EAA video called "The Freedom
of Flight". I believe it was made in 1993.
I am also looking for another EAA video, I'm not sure of the name, but it
was made in 1981, possibly not released until 1982. I think it was sent
around as part of a...

AvMap IV price range by
Kai Glaesner
Hello,
I would like to buy an AvMap IV and wonder what's the street (or
internet-mailorder) price for this unit in the US. Avmap in europe told me
that it's possible to load european data on an US-bought AvMap and the price
they offer the unit for in europe seems quite high (~1665.00 EUR).
Bet...

New class 2 medical requirements by

My neighbor just failed his class 2 medical. He said he had to do
something where the Dr would shine a pen light at him and he had to
line up some lines. The Dr wasn't able to describe what he was testing
but said it was new. I use a different AME but I don't remember doing
that 10 months ago when...
