I had the same problem some years ago, and found a copy of the
CONV-EWA utility. I think it was on the old EW (not EWavionics)
website, which is no longer there, not sure if it's available anywhere
else.

It's an old MS-DOS program, and it won't run on my 64-bit Windows7
PC, but luckily I had an old laptop kicking around that it would run on
and I converted all of my flights. I can send a copy if you like.
