The cracks are around the area where the rudder stops hit the screws mounted
in the bulkhead.

I hope that I don't have to buy a new one and a doubler can be put in since
this is a non-sctructural portion of the bulkhead.

Check the SRM for what repairs can be made....It may be listed as a
replace only item.
