True but they are are reskinning many of the surfaces, replacing engines and
props, new paint and interior, new avionics so they are replacing almost
everything. I guess that if you are replacing everything, the only thing
that matters is getting a low purchase price.

owner doesn't keep the engine/prop combo in good shape the rest of
the plane is going to be in bad shape too.

Sounds like the engines were toast when they bought the plane. I know
they plan on replacing/overhauling the engines, but this kind of stuff
is indicative of a REALLY bad condition plane.
