I am finishing up my KIS Tr-1 aircraft & am curious if anyone out there
has experimented with adjustable seats in their aircraft. I have heard
that you can get such hardware from auto parts manufacturers, but I
don't know how to evaluate them, or how to specify what might be needed.
Any help or advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Evan,

I have several photos of my installation setup on my web site. I used seats
from a GeoTracker and rails from a Mazda. Both were heavily modified to fit
but the installation seems to work well with about 5 inches of forward to back
movement with an over an inch of vertical in the process. (Forward and up,
back and down). Check it out.

By the way, my site has hundreds of photos and detail on your plane.
