There are many partnerships at HEF. I also believe the FAA Flying Club still
has an aircraft out on the East Ramp (just about anyone can join their
club...)

I can't say I ever heard of a helo club or partnership at HEF.

Also, check out EAA Chapter 186. They have some very active members that may
be aware of partnership availabilities. I just saw one posted for a V35 on
the boards at Jet Services.
