If I were to do that, I'd break the law, and getting into avionics smuggling
isn't exactly on my laundry list here. The intention here is to do business
as legally as possible and I would believe that a bigger avionics dealer
might be aware of a way to legally supply their stuff to an international
peacekeeping organization, no matter where their location at the time may
be.

You better ask them, I'm just the messenger. To be honest, I'm not aware any
modern avionics other than the usual Honeywell, Bendix/King, Garmin variety.
