When you re-install, pay attention to which side the shield of the filament
is
pointed. It is meant to protect the pilot from the bright light, but at least
30 percent are 180 degrees displaced and so shine the light at the pilot and
the prop.


Only one way to install. the bulb has a notch which fits with the housing
