I know that there are several people that have really nice spreadsheets
that they used for purchasing their airplane. Can someone guide me to
one? Thanks!!

I used an inexpensive software package from Aeroprice.com when I
bought my Arrow. You plug in the hours and avionics, etc and it gives
you a price to offer based on recent sales. Good luck - you get some
interesting responses when you make a realistic offer on an overpriced
aircraft.
I'll second the recommendation for aeroprice. Dave
