Read 14 CFR 43 closely. It would seems to be a simple task however. If
much disassembly needs to be done to get to the plugs or wires. No. Do
you have the equipment specified by the manufacturer to clean the plugs?
IF not no. If you do or have access to it then probably.
Not much help huh? It is a very grey area.
