Hi Paul
If you want cheap, I can probably find you even cheaper,
but what you are referring to is definitely not a certified aviation
lifevest. (And from the picture it doesn't even look as though it would
float an unconscious person face-up). When you are in the water,
promises and guarantees mean zip - it's too late - can you imagine using
that vest and floating, facedown - unconscious?. You need a lifevest
that will do the job right now - 10 out of 10 times.
I teach survival courses, and this year I spent a full day on an
underwater egress course. You do need the right lifevest in an aircraft.
