I've scoured the web and magazines looking for a kitplane (that's
available in the U.S.) that has the flying characteristics, AND
cockpit visibility equal to or better than the Diamond DA-20 C1. For
those of you that may not know, the C1 is equipped with a fuel
injected 125 hp conti. The characteristics are low fuel burn, 135kt
cruise, gentle mush/stall at 37 kts with flaps, and VERY fun to fly.

specs.. Build it light and get the bank loan for the new Continental. Only
real problem is scrounging all the parts to make a "kit". Might have to
slightly modify the airfoil to get the stall you want. The FTF (Fun to Fly)
coefficient is all there, though.
