They had a 1 hour special on it last night on ABC. They are currently
prosecuting a French UN worker for all kinds of child porn and child abuse
with refugeesn in the Congo, pretty sad some will abuse someone in such as
misfortune as those people,the UN has sent several members of their troops
home, for numerous acts of misconducts related to sex, rape of young girls
and exchange of food to prostitutes.

The funny part is some of the rational they are using, the rule set up by
the UN appears to be that you can't have sex with an UNWILLING minor yet
says nothing when they are willing

I don't need any rule to tell me either way is flat out wrong but when you
are the UN....
