I don't know the situation in Italy but, in the US, you need first to buy a
bible and become very familiar with it. You should also join a church,
probably a fairly conservative one, and become active in it. You'll need a
few hundred hours and an instrument rating. In many cases, you'll also need
your own plane and raise enough money from your church to operate it.
