I've not seen Secondhand Lions, but have seen Winged Migration.
There's little talking, and there's a little text at the bottom of the
screen. It's pure documentary and extremely worth watching. There's
pictures of birds flying that you never though you'd see. They used
ultralights, gliders, etc to get close to the birds. You can see
feathers ruffle in gusts sometimes.
Well worth it. Amazing shots. There's three parts to the film where
they follow diffent types of birds on migratory treks in
Europe/Africa, N and S America, and Asia.
