Could be your ISP (or the news server company they contract with). I have
had similar problems with my own ISP, and it comes and goes. I try not to
worry about it too much. Nothing I can do about it, since all of the local
ISPs I'd use contract with the same news service (supernews.com).

Does it happen every single time, or just sometimes?
