ever-growing group of this crap. Yes, it does "intertwine" itself in your
PC and soon, just as Jay noticed, you can't get rid of the thing!

Fortunately, I have the services of the professional computer "genius" (read
son) who works daytime in the IT department of a large stockbroker, and
evenings (with the proper motivation) as family computer service tech. This
service usually costs us a home-cooked dinner or similar. A real bargain!

Was disappointed though when he informed me over the holidays that a
complete reinstall would be required. Now the PC is back up about 75%. We
will be installing some spyware checkers very soon.
