Whoops, I just pulled out my E6-B and noticed it doesn't have the
conversion already printed. No bother, do this:

On the E6-B, set up a ratio where the inside scale is knots and the
outside scale is MPH. To do this, move the wheel so the inside 60 is
aligned with the outside 69.

Now, any speed in knots inside will align with its MPH equivalent on the
outside.
