I maintain a student record which is accessible from a website. They
are password protected so that only the intended student can view it,
and only I can change it. The record includes my comments,
recommendations, an audio recording for that flight (I record all
flights) and a GPS track plot if it was a xc flight. I realize this
may be an overkill, but I am able to do this because I take no more
