Yep. Now if FAA can just get the ARTCC controllers back to the negotiating
table to redesign the Atlanta STARS the new runway might actually make a
difference in the arrival rate. ZTL controllers have pulled out of all of
the national, regional and local airspace workgroups because we don't have
enough staffing to attend the meetings. As it stands now, they will build
it but no one will come...
