the leader of the USA has decided to return to the cockpit.

Kerry was going to let his hair grow long, team up with
Jane Fonda and devote his life and career to the reduction
of U.S. military strength.

A long list of foreign leaders have publicly rejoiced in
this commitment including Kim Jong-Il, Jose Luis Rodriguez
