In my experience the best way to glue phenolic together is with AN3-X.
Most if not all of the epoxy resins we homebuilders use bonds poorly
to phenolic. Drilling holes in the phenolic fitting and using cotton
flox in the resin as a kind of composite rivet makes for a useable
structure. Think encapsulation rather than bonding.

I am building and LED indicator lamp holder. I have a 3/8" and a 1/8" phenolic.
I want to glue/epoxy them together to make 1/2" thick. Using your idea of
encapsulation how would I do this?
