Thought you were thinking about structural things like rudder
hinges.....

For what your considering - I think - just sand well with something
like 120 grit sandpaper and use any good epoxy. Whack it with a
hammer and it will probably break at the epoxy/phenolic surface but
for holding LEDS it should be just fine.


I am building and LED indicator lamp holder. I have a 3/8" and a 1/8" phenolic.
I want to glue/epoxy them together to make 1/2" thick. Using your idea of
encapsulation how would I do this?
