The big dilemma!
I don't think I can fly it once I get my sport pilots license. Maybe he
will get another plane like the Taylorcraft..or even my favorite a Luscombe
8A. I am going to be building a Hummel Ultracruiser Plus so that is why I
would like to get some taildragger time. I'd love to buy an old
Luscombe..seen a few nice ones in classifieds. but no hangar and no way I
can get financing( another divorce story! HAHA) Maybe I will get lucky one
of these days and buy a house with enough land for my private little
airstrip and build my own hangar, and maybe find a fixer upper Luscombe!

The J-5 is not a Sport plane, but isn't much different than a J-3 that
is. It'll still give you the taildragger experience you're looking
for.
