Gary, don't fly if it's raining, snowing, or fogging. Don't fly if the
cloud cover is down around 2,000 feet.

If it's dry and you're well clear of the clouds, and you still feel
nervous, then stay in the pattern.

You can always ask the weather briefer about the weather,
