In the Air Farce we called it F-4 tape. It's available at Radio Shaft for
about $10 a roll (1 yard?). I buy mine on ebay when it shows up. It tends
to cost $20 for four rolls. Look for silicone tape.
B&C Specialties sells it for $2 per 1 yard roll.
