Default Airbus 380: Engineering and Training

The January issues of the aviation rags are including commentary on the
final report of AA587, the "airplane loses tail" incident.
My question with regard to the A380 and its larger vertical stabilizer is:

Has Airbus revisited their design philosophy and strengthened the
vertical stabilizer attachment fittings"

Altered the rudder control logic?

Are they going to be more specific in their training on rudder usage?

Any combination of the above?
