Whitney.
It was only in a partnership with Honeywell/Bendix and never was owned by
them.
I have never had any dealings with the system but the article says:
"Another benefit of most standard FADECs and Intellistart Plus+ is that they
can produce an accurate accounting of flights, starts, torque events,
exceedences, and power checks. "
