Press the ALT key to bring up your menus.

The ';' key will let you save your flight.

Do you want to change your forward view? Change your view direction i.e. left window, right window, etc? Change your
view from cockpit to 3d, tower, chase plane?

The help file says use the option or view menu. I have no option or view menu.
