One small correction, I believe you still have to purchase the plans
directly from George Pereira at Osprey Aircraft, Dept. SA 3741 El Ricon
Way, Sacramento, CA 95864.

The web link I have for Osprey aircraft has not worked for quite a while
now, anybody have a current one?
