The plane is a two place Lazair. It was originally manufactured by a
company in Ontario, CANADA. In Canada it qualifies as an ultralight.
Although they are no longer in production a dedicated bunch of
people love their Lazairs and have a fly in each year. For more info
contact Mike McKusick, he puts together a Lazair newsletter.
