It's been awhile since I have crewed but I have the drill down pat.



Every pilot seems to want to do the simplest of things differently
from the next guy. Having a crew that is intimate with the pilot's
routine is a blessing for any contest pilot.

In other words, if you crew for a different pilot expect to have to do
things differently.

There may still be pilots that give responsibility for all preparation
to the crew and just jump in and fly but I've never been one of them.
