I'm afraid becoming a flight instructor is a long term project. For the
UK, the best you can do is to contact the BGA. See their website

Good luck if you want to join the club! Oh, by the way: in Europe, most
instructors teach on a voluntary basis, without pay. But I believe in
the UK (also in France) there are some of the bigger clubs working 7
days a week with a paid staff. You'll need to be very good or very
lucky to succeed making a living of it...
