Turns out the factory began putting access holes and plates in the
floorboards after a certain serial number. This was an early ship and
so it has to have the holes cut in the floor to get to the parts. The
nose cone is not bondo'ed on, but you sure cannot get to the parts
that way, or thru the cockpit. We have the factory drawings for the
modification. So, problem solved.
