If you compare it with the previous document you should see some,
admittedly small, changes.

As you will remember, the original GFAC intention was that these legacy
models should be at the "all FAI/IGC badges and distance diploma"
approval level. This was over-ruled by the IGC Bureau who wished these
models to retain the "all flights" level that includes evidence for
world records. The recent re-issue was to avoid any confusion over this
and make sure that the "all flights" level is clearly specified.

In haste, I am just clearing my desk before leaving for the FAI General
Conference in Madrid tomorrow .......
